Who can apply

  • Skilled workers with a qualifying job offer from a designated employer in a participating rural community.
  • Candidates who meet applicable employment, work-experience, language, education and settlement requirements, subject to any exemptions.
  • Applicants who obtain a recommendation from the participating community and intend to settle there.
